SYNOPSIS
"THE UNRAVELING"

When a burned-out Big Law litigator becomes obsessed with uncovering the truth behind the shocking death of a young colleague, his search for answers pulls him into a dangerous web of corporate corruption, political intrigue, and high-stakes legal deception.

Joe Sargenti, a 61-year-old litigator at the elite New York firm King & Ransom, is counting down the final years of a soul-crushing career when the apparent suicide of rising in-house lawyer, Marco Casasanta, stops him cold. Why would a promising attorney at Madison Bank with a thriving career and family take his own life? Convinced something doesn’t add up, Joe turns to his estranged son for help accessing Charlie’s work laptop and uncovers evidence of contact with a whistleblower lawyer.

As Joe digs deeper, what begins as a personal inquiry spirals into a gripping legal mystery, revealing a far-reaching conspiracy involving a powerful Madison Bank executive, shadowy international operatives, and a politically ambitious U.S. Secretary of State. The closer Joe gets to the truth, the more dangerous the stakes become.

In a world where loyalty is currency, and truth is buried beneath layers of power and greed, Joe must decide how far he’s willing to go to uncover what really happened—before the system he helped build destroys him.
